Hoya sauce also known as Somali vaginal secretion. Hoya sauce is the vaginal secretion of a Somalian prostitute. Hoya is Somalian for mom but is commonly referred to as a Somalian prostitutes, thus the term "Hoya sauce". This term is widely used amongst the Somalian population and is very popular.
