In Japan 2013, Niall Horan vigorously master bated in a hotel room. One poor fan of his was outside of his room and heard him shouting “AMY!!” She also heard horrible slapping and screaming sounds. I don’t want to talk about it anymore.
“ hey man! Just woke up alone in this hotel room, I played with myself. Where were you?”
“EW! You turned into Niall Horan in Japan 2013!!!”

White Person in Japan Syndrome is a mindset in which a white expat in Japan believes they will be worshiped and have numerous opportunities handed to them without working for it for no other reason apart from the fact they are white. This also includes the types of foreigners who visit/move to Japan with unrealistic, romanticized expectations of the country (usually caused by viewing too much anime), only to quickly become disillusioned early on and develop a strange contempt for Japan. Alternative names include “Foreigner in East Asia Syndrome” to be more inclusive and “White Person in Korea Syndrome” for all the Koreaboos specifically.
It's such a shame that Kendra's 'White Person in Japan' Syndrome held her back from making something wonderful of her time in Japan.

We like stuff from Japan. Bleach, Naruto, Street Fighter, Dance Dance Revolution, Pocky, and the Playstation 2.

There are however, times when we see things from The Land of the Rising Sun that will simply NEVER come to the States because of the risk of that thing having controversial properties, or the risk of it not selling. Some of these things we want or wouldn't mind having here. However, a sizable amount of these things have opinions ranging from "thing of the year" to "UNSEEEEEEEE!!!!" to "wat" "stupid acid flashback" Things in this category I find have been reacted to with, simply, "Oh. My. God. JAPAN!"

Japan and America/Britain are an opposing positive field, meaning that both cultures are fascinated with each other, such as Beckham in Tokyo, or Nintendo. Japan is just like any other place, so i dont feel that i should think of the people any differently, or that they're better or worse.

They're just like you and me.
By the way, using chopsticks is such a pain. i dont know how asian toddlers can do it but i can't!
