a certan punishment in the military where it is currently unknown but durring WWII aparently very bad w the red army but it is just something you wanna avoid at all costs (some even commit suicide)

Tape to ban certain people from entering an area.

The mouth of the south hated red and yellow tape because she didn't know that she was the red and yellow tape. She thought it was just everybody else that lived by double standards, which is why she thought everything that happened in life was hilarious. She didn't get life, but thought she was the most broad minded person there ever was.
