I need a perm, my newgrowth is growing out, and it is really nappy.

Though this term is generally used incorrectly, it actually means hair ( of any texture ) that has been unkept, knotted and extremely tangled. ( Ranges from type 1 - 4 hair )

1.) Referring to something or someone that is dirty, nasty, gross.

2.) Similar to dreadlocks, where hair is not washed for months and is sticky, smelly, tangled, or just plain wrong.

1.) A Ghetto Guy walks pass a bum begging for money from a Jamba Juice Cup, the Guy knocks the Jamba Juice cup out of his hand and onto the ground, and runs away laughing, the bum yells out, "KEEP RUNNING!, But I'm going to steal all your NAPPY women!"

2.) The Bum, after the Ghetto Guy runs away, scratches his head and mumbles to himself, "damn my hair is just NAPPY."
