Totally unrelated to any "opposite" condition of the well-known "born later in the mother's life" disorder, this affliction merely refers to an abnormal obsession with "all things United Parcel Service" --- the person may collect lots of caps and t-shirts with the UPS logo, arbitrarily ship out anything and everything --- even ordinary personal letters, which of course would cost a lot more to ship that way than just a regular US-Mail "Forever" stamp --- by "ol' Brown-'n'-Yellow", always ask to have mail-ordered items shipped to him by UPS even if the US Mail or FedEx would be cheaper, etc.
Caring nephew: My elderly Uncle Ted has developed UPS syndrome in a major way. so I always order his E-Bay items for him myself, so that he won't needlessly overspend on shipping if there is a cheaper way to send the items.

When a person is sick and when they go to use the bathroom to take a dump, a sudden urge of vomiting arise and with no to wipe, flush, and pull your pants up, they get on their knees and vomit with their naked butt up in the air.
My mom caught me in the bathroom with butt-up syndrome. She asked me "Saba why do you have your pants down when you are vomiting" I replied, "Because I didn't have time to wipe and pull them up!"
