The action of going back and forth on the issue of getting a Twitter account. Debating internally whether or not to open a Twitter account.

"Man, I was totally tweeter-tottering after I read that great article about Twitter."

"Yeah bro, it makes me want to get a Twitter account really bad now. But on the other hand, is it worth it? Oh man, I just tweeter-tottered!"

The process of connecting your phone to your laptop in order to facilitate an Internet connection. Usually performed via bluetooth or USB.

John: ah crap I can't get a wifi signal on my laptop. Sorry, I can't look up that obscure Pink Floyd track on discogs.com

The act of wandering Pittsburgh's South Side neighborhood heavily intoxicated while smoking a cig without any predetermined destination. An individual who is "Tishering" is often blacked out, wearing a "casual jacket", and appears as if they are unintentionally Moving Like Bernie.
