Non-boob hug. A hug between women at arms-length without touching chests, as a spoof of the way some men hug while going out of their way not to let the lower half of their bodies touch. It can be spoken in place of the physical action.

A school where most freshman don't want a JUUL (Like deadass wtf). Also a school where the drug Councillor was in jail for living in a meth den. The school over reacts with everything, and they are worried people will throw shit at the walls in the upstairs bathroom. The school doesn't have a working elevator even though there is a student in a wheelchair.
