a person or comment that is beyond outrageous and stupid. Idiotic or ridiculous at a level surpassing anything else.

Differs from retarded as it is not a medical condition, but instead is just an idiotic, childish or other wise stupid comment or action by someone of otherwise "average" intelligence

uberturd 

An Uber or other ride share driver that drives like crap.

The uberturd almost ran me over as I was crossing the street because they weren't paying attention to their driving.

The uberturd is blocking the bike lane.

The uberturd just cut me off to pick up a fair and almost caused a collision.

Someone who, no matter if a ride/argument is smooth or bumpy, will give a generic answer to avoid confrontation.

Amy: Matt handed me the divorce papers, and didn't even complain.
Will: What do you mean?
Amy: He just said he's happy for me.
Will: Huh. I guess he's an Ubertarian after all.
