A person that always jumps to conclusions, no matter what is meant or said.

Julie is such a conclusionist, when I told her I would like to look at cars, she jumped to the conclusion that I want to buy another car.

Someone who accuses people based on bias judgement and with no solid factual evidence.

1) Davis: Hay fagot.

Dug: How am I a homosexual?

Davis:.....

Dug: Conclusionist.

2) Mark: Your cheating on me!

Julie: How am I cheating on you?

Mark: John comming over everyday?

Julie: He is my twin brother.

Mark:....

Julie: Conclusionist.
