environmentally challenged

A short person in a tall persons man made environment. Seatbelts, counter-tops, chairs, table heights, ect.
Similar to vertically challenged but without giving power to the self serving actions of the tall.

A pigmy taken from the jungle and placed in a New York landscape.

The change is environmental not vertical.

This is like Mentally or Physically challenged word, wherein this word difines a person who is unable to contribute to environment how he/she is willing to.
