To unzip, unbutton, unfasten, or otherwise drop your pants before entering completely into the bathroom, stall, or other desired place of urination. Often associated with waiting too long to use the restroom.
Joel's business meeting ran three hours long. With all of the cups of water he drank over the course of those five hours, he began to peepare himself as he ran towards the male restroom.
