To negatively declare. To go against. The verbal communication of discontent of an ideal or opinion.
Used in a soft to loud tone dramatically with aggressive interjection,sarcastically. Usualy after something that is against your own opinion or fact.

"No yea you can have the last oreo.Naght!"

"Your going to do it now." "Naght! You can tho if you want."
