Pergaggle

An action of spontaneous excitement but you can't act on it because it is not the appropriate place or time. You basically want to celebrate just like when you were spring break inside your head but has a very grown up, serious, and sometime empathetic facade.
I pergaggled when my boss told me that i will receive a huge bonus.

My best friend and i pergaggled when the bridesmaid had a wardrobe malfunction.

I was pergageling when my girlfriend's dog was caught between the banister.

I pergageld when the attorney read my uncle's will.
