Skoucher: someone who gets intoxicated with you or someone who is intoxicated on a regular basis

Skouche seperates itself by being able to take many forms such as skouche, skouched, and a skoucher. For example you can't call someone a key, just because they are keyed or smoke a lot, but you can call someone a skoucher if they have drank or smoked, or if they are intoxicated quite often.
