Bianchinize

To cause an otherwise functioning establishment to fail, typically by gross corruption and wastefulness of what was considered to be common resources. It's a play on words of balkanize, based on what happened to chain of community supported Italian restaurant franchises in the SF Bay area.
We thought things were going great until we were bianchinized out of our jobs.

In a stark reversal of fates, the board of directors voted to remove the troublesome executive instead of letting them bianchinize the company out of business.
