hellaflush

Rims with a lot of offset, stretched tires, and negative camber so that it can sit flush with the fender. Rolled fenders and slammed suspension so low that you can even get into a driveway. May not be very functional but definitely gets a lot of attention from everyone that sees you. Must have a lot of extra money for tires.

Given the nature of the word, it is more appropriate to design cases where the interaction is made with a moving object, for example, a ball.
Although it is extremely painful for the victim, it tends to be considerably funny to people who witness it.
