A " Hicktard" is more then just your regular "Hick" with attributes of obnoxious and illrepute behaviour, commonly known as trailer trash, Hicktards can live anywhere as their "tard" position lets them get away with trying to live in normal society as they congragate into groups where the "tard" part binds them together... To spot a hicktard, look for the classic plaid outfit, missin teeth and window lickin abilities.......

A "Hicktard" is The guy who parks his trailer in the walmart parking lot, housing his wife, 6 kids and the babysitter ( also the mistress) and the iq of the said hicktard is much lower then the average hick therefore it is a FAMILY of Hicktards....

1. A hacker who is a real retard. They usually hack a site out of "revenge" on the owner.
2. Someone who pretends they are a hacker, when they are really not. They speek wordleet/word. Some will go so far as to find a password another retard left lying aronud on a peice of paper, and if they can figure out what it corresponds to, use it and say they hacked the person.

Hocktard 

Extremely obcessed hockey fans who have no life, bad hygene, low IQ, no sense of style and repetitive habits such as, coming to the game 2 hours before doors open only sit in their vehicle, sitting at the same table and eating the same fried, fatty foods for their already obese bodies, and getting their special season ticket holder "mug club" mug refilled with pop for $1 all season long. They may also overreact should another patron sit at "their" table.

Uh oh, doors must be open because here come the hocktards again.
