They share many of the same positive traits along with general swag.

A complete and utterly useless human being. Some other attributes may be: usage of glory holes, acting as if on ones period, taking games to seriously, not understanding social cues, not knowing when someone is joking or not and making a complete fool out of themselves.

Edwin Krueger is a complete noto, he is useless, uses glory holes and always makes a complete fool out of himself.
