a white guy who thinks there gangster and tries to be but isn't. there just REALLY annoying. they try to be gangster to make up for his chode or small dick.

1.) Do you see that jetno over there? i would never hang out with him!
2.) He's just acting all jetno so no one will think he has a chode.
