1. A dish or food creation so phenomenal it causes orgasms of the mouth with every bite.
2. Food or edible creation that is a degree above Phenomenal.

Two halves of cream-side oreo on top and bottom of a Reese's cup, then dipped in chocolate would not only be diabetes-inducing, but also phenomnomnom.
