gaffag

Gaffag, apart from being a palindrome, is a slang merging of the two words 'gay' and 'fag'. It is used to describe homosexual individuals, or individuals with homosexual tendencies.

Steve regretted showing me his new man-bag after I scornfully declared him a gaffag.
