an IT support company, that works exclusively with Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. This company is probably the worst IT service provider in existence. The continually wrongly diagnose problems with computers, usually assessing that they issues are more severe then they actually are. No matter the desperation you find yourself in, do not resort to taking your computer there to be repaired, as they will usually damage it further, or be of no help, however they are prompt to bill you!
Kid 1: Dude did PerceptIS get your computer fixed?
Kid 2: No, i brought it in because i was missing the "F" key, but they ended up setting it on fire and now its a charred pice of garbage.

Percepti Fidelis is Latin for "Busy Creating The Perception." Well known in the United States of America as the motto of underpaid tech workers who telecommute or work flexible schedules (flex schedules), this phrase, often shortened to Percepti Fi in telecommute contexts, has served as a slogan for many workers and entities, in many countries, dating at least as far back as the 20th century.
Upper management had a perception that Ted's telecommuting was unproductive and that he was never at his desk, so he got busy creating a "new perception" -- Percepti Fidelis!

Did you know tasks can be completed even if C-levels can't physically see you sitting at your desk? -- Percepti Fidelis!
