Vanbulance 

The "van-style" ambulance. Not the typical modular body style ambulance. Vanbulances are often seen in crowded city environments where larger ambulances would have difficulty negotiating traffic, etc...

Not only are vanbulances fuggly (that's frigging ugly) the patient campartment is extremely cramped.

Vanbulance 

An ambulance which has been retired by the city, sold at auction, bought by someone, and had the ambulance guts ripped out of it - a.k.a. - a van that was an ambulance at one point.

The high-school kids offered to call a manbulance for the 70 year old man who insisted that he could beat them playing full court basketball.
