To unintentionally cause havoc that requires others to spend considerable time fixing.

"Free Jacorba" stickers are used by light hearted persons as a way of taking the jacorba'd event in stride. Free Jacorba is a play on words on the free kevin bumper stickers referring to kevin mitnick, which are a play on words on the free tibet bumper stickers.
They jacorba’d the hard drive so badly that I spent the next three hours fixing it.
