To make note of something whilst simultaneously engaging in a duel of some sort.
Obi-Wan: If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you could possibly imagine.

Duely noted 

An expression used in an email response when you're blowing someone off who is on a tangent that isn't worth responding to. There isn't much they can send back after this type of response.
Incoming email: "You should go jump off a cliff, you are worthless and you don't know what you are talking about."

Response: "Duely noted."

Dually Noted 

When something is justly noted, but also of, or pertaining to, multiple purposes.
Frank: "Hey, Jeff, your zipper is unzipped and your shoes are untied."
Jeff: "Dually noted, Frank."

Dully Noted 

Person 1: You're an idiot
Person 2: Dully noted
Person 1: Do you mean duly noted?
