Caboosa

1. A pompus ass. Bully. One who cannot beat those on his own "level"
2. One who sucker-punches an easily beatable opponent.

A caboosa would be like aheavyweight fighter on an ego trip who only fights welterweights.
A fat slob who sits on the little guy.
