French. Literally translates as blood sausage. Used as an insult, usually for an unattractive woman. Highly offensive.

Pierre: Marie, vous êtes un boudin.
Marie: Va te faire foutre, Pierre!

Translation:
Pierre: Marie, you are a boudin.
