IMV

Inner Mouth Vomit A small amount of vomit that enters the mouth when disgusted by someone or something. Usually IMV is re-swallowed causing a burning sensation in the throat.

Watching Vito make out with his biker boyfriend on the the Sopranos last night gave me IMV.
