A person who isn’t really smart, and doesn’t really know everything.

Calvin: “Haha, wow! That’s not the right answer...”
Hannah: “It is right, are you short-headed? Go to a therapist.”

Josh: “Uh... Miss? This is REALLY hard! Can we do another one?
Mrs. Steak: “NO! You just got detention, you small-headed nut job! You HAVE to do this in order to get out of detention!!”
