Decliana Is a very big annoying human that likes to piss people off and get away with it and he also likes to play games in class and blame other people.

TommyBOI is a very small little child with nothing better to to then ride a skate board found on the side of the road and same with a bath tub and trampoline.
TommyBOI loves to push people into spike bushes and chance people with deodorant cans then get them to rip there jumper on a fence (not talking from experience... totally...)
TommyBOI also likes to not do what you say and fart every ware so that it reminds people of a certain place.
He also never learns to go to the toilet before school and almost poos himself on the way home.
This is all a joke, what a good little TOmmyBOI.
