When a person is trying to tell a joke but they’re having trouble getting it out (or when they’re thinking it up on the spot). Usually used when someone is having trouble communicating or explaining things over text.

Astounded; taken aback. Surprised by something you find annoying or bothersome. Also a satirical way to say you’re surprised when you really aren’t.

Off your rocker. Acting absolutely out of character than usual due to external forces/situations; crooked (neutral).

Speaking too much; blabbering. When someone is being such a chatterbox they’re practically choking on their own words (figuratively). Also user when someone is saying too much information that’s best left unsaid.
