An ability to screw up simple tasks. Commonly written out as "X could fuck up an anvil" it is meant to imply a thing that should otherwise be unbreakable is not safe with them. A common revision of the insult involves adding the words "with a rubber mallet," as the fact that rubber is softer than steel means it should be impossible for a rubber mallet to do any damage to a steel anvil.

Verb, to sell drugs, specifically to buy from someone else, split or 'chop' the product into smaller pieces and sell those at a higher cost, swallowing the difference as profit.
Noun, an illegally modified weapon, usually one that has been shortened by means of either shortening the barrel or by cutting into/'chopping' the stock. These weapons are highly illegal, but work better in tighter environments and allow for easier concealment.
