An ability to screw up simple tasks. Commonly written out as "X could fuck up an anvil" it is meant to imply a thing that should otherwise be unbreakable is not safe with them. A common revision of the insult involves adding the words "with a rubber mallet," as the fact that rubber is softer than steel means it should be impossible for a rubber mallet to do any damage to a steel anvil.
"Did Mike just touch the thing with the big sign right next to it that says 'do not touch?'"
"Yeah. Mike ... Mike could fuck up an anvil."
"With a rubber hammer."

Get the Fuck up an Anvil mug.
Verb, to sell drugs, specifically to buy from someone else, split or 'chop' the product into smaller pieces and sell those at a higher cost, swallowing the difference as profit.

Noun, an illegally modified weapon, usually one that has been shortened by means of either shortening the barrel or by cutting into/'chopping' the stock. These weapons are highly illegal, but work better in tighter environments and allow for easier concealment. In the case of a simple double barrel shotgun, where the term originates, you can literally take a long hunting shotgun and use a metal hack saw to cut or 'chop' the barrel down by over half it's length, cleaning up what you cut with some sandpaper, then cut off most of the stock but a place for your hand. However, recently the term has been used to include any illegally modified weapon, particularly short barreled rifles with various automatic conversions.
"Man, I'm broke as hell until I chop this kilo we just picked up so we gotta get to work."

"I got a Glock on my belt, plates in the vest, and a chop in the trunk, beyond that it's up to God if I get out alive."
