Nickname for an extremely 'gorgeous' pretty boy, who, over the internet, tells many that he has affection for them.

Used by guys to describe a very attractive woman. Its meaning is derived from the fact that they would not mind "flicking the bean", owing to her extreme attractiveness, i.e. giving her oral sex - often seen as a chore.
