One who conducts counseling or psychotherapy on line, usually through a web site set up to make such activity available to web surfers with psychological needs.
Web Surfer: "Hello. I have troubling thoughts. Can you help me?"
Internet Site: "I am a professional with advanced graduate degrees specializing in emotional programs, and a trained psychotherapist. I am a psychiatrist. I am a psychologist. Because I counsel on line, you might call me a cybershrink."
Web Surfer: "OK then, let me tell you my problem . . . "

The condition of superficiality on such sites as facebook characterized by banal sentences of the most trite nature. The opposite of depth or breadth, interest, importance, concern, questioning, sincere discussion, meaningful conversation.
"I just had a hamburger." "I watched the sun set." "I went for a walk today." "I had a good time last night." "I went to a ball game yesterday and had fun." Such comments are cyberficial, having only the depth of the shallow and superficial.
