A condition wherein a man may miss out on certain opportunities, because his dick is focused on one particular female (regardless of the amount reciprocated interest from said female). A romantic relationship is the ultimate form of focus dick.

John: No brah, I was trying to hook up with Jill. I didn't even notice Jenny.
