Kimchi

A traditional fermented Korean dish made of vegetables with varied seasonings. It is the most common side dish in Korean cuisine. Kimchi is also a main ingredient for many popular Korean dishes such as kimchi stew, kimchi soup, and kimchi fried rice. Enjoyed by many foreigners including myself.
Different types of kimchi were traditionally made at different times of the year.

A Spanish film actor, film director, film producer and singer. Made success with his role as the legendary masked swordsman Zorro in the 1998 film The Mask of Zorro. He was the first Spanish actor to portray the character. Well known today for voicing Puss in Boots in the Shrek sequels.
