iggy pop

American singer, famous as the frontman of The Stooges and as a solo artist, who has been recording since 1967. Many consider him the Father of Punk Rock. I must say he is pretty damn good.
Great tracks include 'Lust for Life', 'The Passenger', 'Search and Destroy', 'I Wanna Be Your Dog' and loads more.

Load of shit. these idiots should listen to Lou Reed and other artists that actually do good music that has a point, not some shitty little quartet of pubescent idiots wailing about insignificant crap.
i've heard just about every song by sum 41. and they are all shit.

punk rock

A brilliant form of music that was actually founded by music god Lou Reed with this band Velvet Underground (sorry pop-punkers but it was the great Mr. Reed who actually has talent that founded punk, not fucking GC or some other crappy excuse for a band). Other real punk bands include the Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Damned, The Buzzcocks and many more.
Lou Reed and Joe Strummer are excellent musicians. Benji Madden and the guy from Blink 182 are shit. Can't get a better example than that.

george michael

He may be homosexual, he may have been charged with an act of lewdness, but the man's musical talent shoots all of the negativity down in flames.
He is an amazing songwriter and singer, he done such great pieces of music, particularly in his solo career, and he remains one of the most influential figures in Britsh music today.
Great songs include 'As', the duet he did with Mary J. Blige, 'Fast Love', 'Outside' and many more.

scarface

Brilliant film that is one of Al Pacino's finest moments. Scarface tells the story of ruthless, foul-mouthed Cuban exile Tony Montana (Pacino). Arriving in Miami alongside thousands of Cuban immigrants during the 1980 Mariel Harbour boatlift, Montana rapidly begins to climb the ranks of the local cocaine cartel. After a long cycle of blood, profanity, spitting, and extreme violence, Tony makes it all the way to the top, but his drug-addled paranoia (a result of 'getting high on his own supply') proves to be his downfall.
See it if you already haven't. An absolute classic.

bulent ecevit

Evil Turkish politician who gave the order for Turkish forces to invade Cyprus on July 20 1974. There was a small minority of Turkish people on the island of Cyprus at that time, so Ecevit thought that a good way to look after their interests would be to invade Cyprus, destroying homes and murdering tons of the Greek Cypriots that lived there, stealing a large portion of their land and naming it 'The Turkish Cypriot Republic'.
Despicable, ruthless, barbaric murderer and thief. I hope he dies soon.
