A douche bag of a guy that is arrogant, conceited, vain and narcissistic to the extreme. The asshole you want to run over with your car multiple times to see if his plaid shirt and khaki pants will become one with the asphalt. The guy who gave 15 girls and one handicapped boy syphilis. The dude that drank all the beer at the kegger and never pitches in because he is a cheap drunk asswipe.
