(ya-heards-me) A word commonly used by Hip Hop artists or "rappers" when trying to call attention or agreement. Essentially, used in ebonics when black people want to make sure you heard what they said.

"So, uh you guys wanna go out and find some crack hookers and drugs? Yerdsme?"

1. Exclamation usually in salutatory fashion, two times out of ten followed by Zaddem.
2. When followed by -em (i.e. Yerdem) it acts as a noun.

"YERDME? YERDME? Yerdme!?"
"Yerdem is amazing."
"Yerdme, Zaddem."
