Usually used in online chatting or gaming communities, wooblet refers to a wobbly person who oftens falls and makes careless mistakes. Wooblets are normally thought of as being like the small Fischer Price plastic people that do not fall down.

Mostly an expression of sheer and utter immaturity. A way of showing ones affection in an overly obnoxious manner. A pet name of sorts.

Wooble Job 

A poorly executed hand job by someone inexperienced, quite intoxicated, and/or half asleep.
It replaces the regular pumping action with semi-random motions that are inconsistent in direction and repartition.

A Wobbleton is a word used to describe an individual that has characteristics consistent with being a Wobbleton, that being wobbly behaviour.

This can be a result of substance abuse but in most cases this is a reflection of who the individual is as a person and they never change.

Some wobbly symptoms can be: Lying, being tight with money, being lazy, ruining atmosphere or only thinking about ones self.
This term originated in the English county of "Essex", but can be applied to people worldwide, and if you or someone you know has some of these symptoms, you may just be wobblier than a Jelly!
