A small town with exclusively white demographics the youth of which have been irrevocably impacted by watching hours and hours of BET. Residents (wiggers) have had very little, if any, face-to-face contact with African Americans. Therefore, wiggerville is an embarrassing, insulting caucasian parody of Harlem.

On monday night at midnight, all of wiggerville gathered at Wal-Mart for single Swisher Sweets and the new Cam'ron album.

wiggerbilly

a redneck that thinks he's a gangsta. Commonly seen in a wife beater, with a grill and his baseball cap on at an odd angle. The individual also seems to be several days past his last shower. Often seen drinking a cheap label beer, commonly sitting on the tailgate of his truck.

The part of town populated predominantly by African-Americans; neighborhoods where blacks are strongly represented. Used as a contrast to Beantown, or Chinatown, etc.

I'll go into Beantown to get weed, but not over to MLK, that's Niggerville
