water loading

A scatological technique whereby the user induces a movement by drinking large amounts (1-2 glasses) of water. The water serves a dual purpose, both "pushing" the shit along, as well as indicating to the brain that more food has been consumed and prior meals need to be evacuated.
I've been constipated all day, but it's nothing I can't fix by water loading.
