To buy something from wal-mart with the intention of taking it back in the near future, only.

Joe: It sure would be nice to have some noise cancelling headphones for the airplane ride, but i dont feel like spending $50 for them.

Walmart Rental

Buying something from walmart to use for awhile, and then return after you're done.

Person A: Are you going camping this weekend?
Person B: I don't have a sleeping bag.
Person A: Oh, just get it on Walmart Rental, and grab a cooler too.
Person B: Oh yeah, I'll just buy it and return it next Monday.
