A person who often messes around to much, like TOO MUCH, this person will often make jokes about toes, and will absolutely love toes, but also you must stay away from these people when they are 40 or older, at this age they will have too much knowledge on toes and stupid jokes, they also play PS4 which is the lowest form of entertainment and intellegence
