A last name that doesn't have any special meaning behind it , besides the fact that you have an awesome last name. Its pronounced YOU-tiger, like a tiger, rawr. This means that you are a tiger and you are strong and independent, and you don't hesitate to leave someone in the dust if they are a threat. You are strong on the outside, but can be very sensitive and weak on the inside.

To buff up, or overpower a monster or player character. The word comes from the character named Uthger at Narfell. Metagaming is also rampant on such monsters or PCs.

War machines and remnants are powerful already, why did the DM have to Uthger them up?

Uthger 

Uthger is the name of a popular player character in the Neverwinter Nights persistent world of Narfell. The name "Uthger" is derived from and is in tribute to the Dungeons and Dragons god "Uthgar".

Uthger is out in the Rawlinswood smashing goblins again.
