underhopped 

is the condition that results from taking an unbalanced diet in which certain nutrients are lacking. Specific for this condition is the lack of hops in your daily food intake.
Depending on the amount of hops that is missing in your body this condition may result in normal body balance and muscle coordination, normal speech, normal behaviour and seriousness.

The World Health Organization cites malnutrition as the greatest single threat to the world's public health. Improving nutrition is widely regarded as the most effective form of aid.

The opposite is overhopped.

Underhyped

Something that is often overlooked, or doesn't get any credit for anything at all. It is very identical to the word underrated.

Also something that has alot of potential, that everyone tends to dislike.

Audi is a very underhyped car manufacturer
