The state of being concurrently tipsy and drowsy...trowsy

Example one: 'I'm trowsy...I mean I'm tipsy and drowsy'

Example two: 'I'm trowsy. Mush my eyebrows.'

Example three:

Person 1: 'what's this feeling that I'm having?'
Person 2: 'maybe you love me?'
Person 1: 'nah I'm a bit tired and a little bit drunk?'
Person 2: 'you're totally trowsy!'
