toe walker

Someone who walks only on their toes and as a result has very well defined calf muscles.
Toe Walkers are characteristically nonathletic.

KP: (while grabbing her crotch) Damn Brooke, Look at that guy. He has great calfs!
Brooke: (looking disgusted) Think again girl. He's a Toe Walker.
KP: Eww.
