Tiffle

Tiffle is not your ordinary sport. Created in Taylor, Pennsylvania, it is played on a set of two tennis courts side by side (so that there is no net in the middle of the field) using a tennis racket, a wiffleball, and four bases. The object of the game is very similar to baseball. Games last nine innings long and the team with the most runs at the end wins. However, all players must bat left handed. There are no called strikes and pitches can be hit off the bounce.
We couldn't play tennis today because those kids playing tiffle were hogging the courts.
