A variation on the move used to impress and/or disgust friends and acquaintances called " the goat " where the performer tucks his penis and testicles between his legs and bends over, forming what looks like a male goat's rear end. The goat sneeze happens when the performer, while in "mid-goat" flatulates, thereby causing the testicles to vibrate, simulating the typical reflex of the entire goat body during the act of sneezing.
When Delilah came in ready for sex, I was giving her the goat. I farted and she said, "Why did you give me a goat sneeze? No sex for you tonight."

An extension of 'the goat'. When a man tucks his balls between his legs and bends over, giving the appearance of a goats behind. In a goat sneeze, the person farts while performing the goat.
